Triple Point Angles

Measure the angles formed by the three branches that join at the triple points in a skeletonized image. Angles can be calculated either between opposite vertices of the skeleton, or a user selected distance (in pixels) up the branch away from the triple point. The latter approach is designed to avoid misleading results due to curved branches. Input is expected to be the result of Skeletonise 3D.
